We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receiving it. We will then review the information provided and aim to respond as soon as possible.

Escalating NHS Complaints

If your complaint relates to NHS services provided by us and you are dissatisfied with our response, or if you prefer not to raise the matter directly with us, complaints about NHS services are also dealt with by NHS England or the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
